WEDDING EXPO GIVEAWAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter

The promotion is conducted by Amy Perren Photography in association with Arrive Picture Perfect, Queensland, Australia.

Competition Date

The promotion will run during the Wedding Expo on Sunday, 20 September 2026.

Entries open at the commencement of the expo and close at the conclusion of the expo.

Entries received after the competition has closed will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees and immediate family members of Amy Perren Photography and Arrive Picture Perfect are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

To submit a valid entry, entrants must:

Follow Amy Perren Photography on Instagram.

Follow Arrive Picture Perfect on Instagram.

Complete and submit the official Wedding Expo competition entry form.

Agree to these Competition Terms & Conditions.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Incomplete or duplicate entries may be excluded.

Prize

One winner will receive:

$500 AUD off a wedding package with Amy Perren Photography & Arrive Picture Perfect.

The $500 prize is applied as a discount towards the winner's chosen eligible wedding package.

The prize:

is not redeemable for cash

cannot be exchanged for another product or cash equivalent

is subject to Amy Perren Photography's availability for the winner's wedding date

cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed wedding service.

Any additional products or services outside the chosen wedding package are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The draw will take place within 7 days following Sunday, 20 September 2026,

The winner will be contacted directly using the email address or telephone number supplied with their entry.

The winner will also be announced on the Instagram pages of Amy Perren Photography and/or Arrive Picture Perfect.

The winner's name may be published for the purpose of announcing the result of the competition.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct another random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

Verification of Entry

The Promoter reserves the right to verify that the selected winner has complied with the entry requirements, including following both Amy Perren Photography and Arrive Picture Perfect on Instagram.

If an entrant has not met the entry requirements, their entry may be deemed invalid and another winner may be selected.

Marketing Communications

Agreeing to receive future marketing communications is optional and is not required to enter the competition.

Entrants who separately consent to receive marketing communications may receive wedding inspiration, news, promotions and information from Amy Perren Photography and/or Arrive Picture Perfect.

Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Personal Information

Personal information collected through the competition will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, select and contact the winner and announce the result.

Where an entrant has separately agreed to receive marketing communications, their information may also be used for that purpose.

Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Amy Perren Photography and Arrive Picture Perfect and not to Facebook.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
